Preparing How to Make Powdered Milk Pudding Recipe
Step 01 – Take a large blender, place the three whole chicken eggs, add ten tablespoons of Powdered Milk, eight tablespoons of granulated sugar, 250 ml of filtered water and 250 ml of Whole Milk. Cover the blender and beat everything at low speed until it becomes a single and homogeneous mass, around 05 minutes. Reserve.
Step 02 – Now take a non-stick frying pan, place two tablespoons of sugar and heat over low heat until caramelized. Once the sugar is caramelized, turn off the heat. Now take the aluminum mold where we will bake the powdered milk pudding, pour all the caramelized sugar and grease the mold with this caramel sauce.
Step 03 – Now with the mold greased with caramelized sugar, pour all the dough made in the blender into it. Take a larger rectangular baking pan, place the mold with the pudding dough inside, and fill the baking pan with water without letting any water fall into the pudding dough. We call this BATH MARIA.
Step 04 – In a preheated oven, place the baking sheet with the mold in a water bath, let it bake for 50 minutes at a temperature of 180º C. After this period, remove it from the oven and wait to cool down. Develop carefully and serve! Enjoy!

Additional Tips for Perfect Powdered Milk Pudding
When making powdered milk pudding, it’s essential to follow some additional tips to ensure the best results. First, make sure your eggs are at room temperature before blending them with the other ingredients. Room temperature eggs mix more thoroughly, resulting in a smoother pudding texture.
Another tip is to sift the powdered milk and sugar before adding them to the blender. Sifting helps break up any lumps and ensures that the ingredients mix evenly. This small step can make a big difference in the final texture of your pudding.
For those who enjoy a richer flavor, consider adding a teaspoon of vanilla extract to the mixture before blending. Vanilla enhances the creamy taste and adds a delightful aroma to the pudding.
Variations of Powdered Milk Pudding
Powdered milk pudding is a versatile dessert that can be customized to suit different tastes. For a chocolate version, add two tablespoons of cocoa powder to the blender along with the other ingredients. This will give your pudding a delicious chocolatey twist.
If you prefer a fruity flavor, you can add a cup of blended fruits such as strawberries, mangoes, or bananas. Simply blend the fruits into a puree and mix them with the pudding mixture before baking. This adds a fresh and natural sweetness to the dessert.
For a festive touch, sprinkle some cinnamon or nutmeg on top of the pudding before baking. These spices not only add a warm flavor but also make the pudding look more appealing.
Serving Suggestions
Powdered milk pudding is best served chilled. After baking, let the pudding cool to room temperature before refrigerating it for at least three hours. This allows the pudding to set properly and makes it easier to slice and serve.
When serving, you can garnish the pudding with fresh fruit slices, whipped cream, or a drizzle of caramel sauce. These toppings not only enhance the flavor but also add a touch of elegance to the presentation.
If you’re serving the pudding at a party or gathering, consider making individual servings in small ramekins or cups. This makes it easier for guests to enjoy the dessert without having to slice it.
Nutritional Information
Powdered milk pudding is a relatively healthy dessert option compared to many other sweets. The use of whole eggs provides a good source of protein, while the milk powder adds calcium and other essential nutrients. By avoiding condensed milk and opting for granulated sugar, you can control the sweetness and reduce the overall calorie count.
For those looking to make a lighter version, you can substitute whole milk with low-fat or skim milk. This will reduce the fat content without significantly affecting the taste and texture of the pudding.
History and Cultural Significance
Powdered milk pudding has a rich history and is enjoyed in many cultures around the world. In some countries, it’s a traditional dessert often served during festive occasions and family gatherings. Its simplicity and ease of preparation have made it a favorite among home cooks.
